I lead CTUL’s policy work so that workers’ voices and demands are at the forefront when elected officials are making decisions, and the power we are building through organizing can influence policies that impact workers. What motivates me in this work is joining with workers and community to build relationships, connect our experiences and struggles, and work together to learn, strategize, and organize to change conditions in our workplaces and in our daily lives. My vision is a world where our resources are used to ensure that everyone has what they need to thrive. Outside of CTUL, I like to explore new places with my kids, try to keep plants alive in my garden, and go on bike rides.
