Enrique Barcenas,CTUL member and employee of Prestige Maintenance who cleans a Target store: “We went on strike twice this year, demanding the right to organize without fear of retaliation. Because of the actions we have taken, Target has opened dialogue with employees of companies that clean their stores. We are hopeful this will lead to long-term change, but we are prepared to take more action if necessary.”
