Before the strike I was a little nervous. I thought they would find some excuse to use to not let me back to work, but you have to do something if you want change. The strike was my first time I’ve been in involved in anything like this. I felt happy and got rid of any fear I had. I felt excited during the strike – taking action like this, they can’t avoid hearing us. Protesting all together is how we’ve made them listen to us. We won a little bit from this strike – at least now there is dialogue. We’re going to win, little by little – this fight isn’t something that’s won overnight.
